FAQ

Where are you located? – We are located in San Diego, County near La Jolla and University Town Center.

What are the first steps you take when working with new clients? – We typically like to have a phone conversation with you first so we can ascertain your goals and objectives and see if we are able to serve your needs. After our initial call, in most cases, we schedule a follow-up meeting at you at your place of business or wherever else is convenient for you. At the meeting, we will provide you with a proposal outlining our proposed solution.

Do you work with out-of-state companies? – Yes, we have an extensive paperless workflow system that allows us to work with our out-of-state clients on a virtual basis, with the kind of quick access and support that makes them feel as though we’re right down the hall.

Can you work with my existing accountant or CPA? – Yes. In certain cases, clients may have a strong relationship with their current accountants or CPAs. We can act as extension of your accounting department, our role ranging from bookkeeper to CFO. You decide how best to utilize our services. If you need a CPA, we can provide that tax expertise as well.

Do you have experience with QuickBooks? – Yes. We are Advanced Certified Pro Advisors by Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks, and we are also QuickBooks instructors and lecturers.  We can help with setting up, installation, training, consulting, and upkeep and maintenance of QuickBooks.
