LastPass Password Manager
This is a great tool for securely saving, storing and managing passwords. Once you’ve created your account, you’ll only need to remember 1 password – your LastPass. LastPass prompts you to save new sites as you browse – so you’ll never lose another password. All of your passwords are stored in a “vault” where you can edit, delete, and organize. LastPass is free but they also offer Premium and Enterprise versions with additional features.

The Expensify mobile app gives you a quick and easy way to track expenses, snap pictures of receipts and create expense reports. A couple of our fav features are the SmartScan that allows you to snap a picture of your receipt  with automatic upload into your Expensify account and the mileage button that allows you to record mileage expenses while on the road.

This app is a handy tool to keep all of your notes, web clips, files and images in one place and on every device and computer you use. If you do a lot of research and want to save the information for a later use, this tool is great. The web clipper feature is especially handy. You get the whole page: text, images and links.
